Engagement responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Continue with a half-day focus on converting non-purchasing accounts into accounts that regularly purchase our products.

• Determine which accounts you can continue direct relationships with.

o Understand what “HVLG Designer” is.

o Focus on struggling regions and A+ locations.

o Utilize a series of email and phone communications to ensure you have the right contacts to make purchasing decisions.

o Ensure up-to-date email contact information for each customer.

Outreach responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain a targeted half-day focus on increasing new business with prospects who are likely to warrant direct business with our brand.

• Use the Internet, Instagram, and Higher Haven publications to reach new customers.

o Understand what “HVLG Designers” are and get in touch with them first.

o Maintain and manage prospect database.

o Focus on exploration in struggling and A+ regions.

Position requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Sales and business development experience.

• Pleasant and professional attitude.

• Must have a passion for interior design.

• Must have an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Good computer skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Preference will be given to those with CRM experience.

• Must be a quick learner.

• Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a constantly changing environment.
