About Nelson Anne
Since 2015, Mr. Ahn has served as one of the lead attorneys responsible for building Lee & Ko's inbound transaction practice group in Seoul. Previously, she led the outbound transactions practice group at Kim & Chang, a leading Korean law firm, and also led her M&A, private equity and financial institutions practice group in the New York offices of Sidley Austin LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP. served as a partner.
Mr. Ahn's experience also includes serving as a member of the Self-Regulatory Committee of the Korea Financial Investment Association, a self-regulatory body responsible for overseeing the securities industry.
