“We have a wide range of sizes and floor plans with incredible river and city views,” said property manager Abby Johnson. “Personal patio space allows you to take full advantage of the downtown setting, and the amenity package is also great.”

“And your pets will love it here, too,” Johnson says. “They have access to a rooftop relief area, dog park, dog wash area and easy access to walking and bike paths.”
Both The Clark and The Dakota open onto the central Chelapa Place Plaza, which provides additional seating and entertainment.
“We’re already within the interconnection of Chelapa Place, so we expect to have a lot of fun special events here,” Haber said. “Our residents already enjoy wine meet-ups, art shows and exclusive access to our businesses, and we see that trend only increasing.”
