The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival is in its 42nd year, offering family-friendly fun, gourmet discoveries and entertainment at this free community event.

Friday
Festival hours: From 5pm to 9pm
position: Festival Park/Festival Park Plaza Area
On Friday, festival goers can enter the park at 5 p.m. and watch the opening ceremony at 6 p.m.
Food vendors and sponsors: Both items will be on sale at Festival Park Plaza from 5pm to 9pm.
Middle: Midway, located in the Masonic Lodge parking lot on the corner of Mason Street and Ray Avenue, is open from 5 to 9 p.m.
82nd Airborne Division All-American Rock Band: This Fort Liberty band will perform at Festival Park from 6 to 9 p.m.
Rock 103, Kelvin “Greek” Culbreth: This Fayetteville personality will be broadcasting the event live from Festival Park from 3 to 7 p.m.

Saturday
Festival hours: From noon to 9pm
position: Festival Park, Festival Park Plaza, Downtown Fayetteville
Downtown Street Fair: Vendors and food trucks will be available from noon to 9 p.m. This year's street fair will also feature carnival rides, pure contact knocker balls, and a sensory-friendly play area.
Middle: Located in the Masonic Lodge parking lot on the corner of Mason Street and Ray Avenue, Midway is open from noon to 9 p.m.
Airborne Aerial: Known for their acrobatic performances, these entertainers will be showcasing their talents in the Festival Park area from 1pm to 5pm.
Performance area: The following acts will perform in the 300 block of Hay Street from noon to 6 p.m. Elevo Dynamics 12:30 p.m. Yvette's Dance Academy at 1 p.m. Aloha Ka Naka O Hula Halua, 1:45 p.m. 2:30 p.m., Atyrium State, SCA. Shadows of the Fire, 3:15 p.m. Aloha Ka Naka O Hula Halua, 4 p.m. Martial Arts Demo Team, 4:45 p.m.Shadow of Fire at 5:15 p.m.
Saturday concert: Saturday will feature four different musical artists. Showtimes are: Two Dimensional is from noon to 2 p.m. R&B DJ from 2pm to 4pm. From 4pm he's a Latin DJ until 7pm.Zebulon native singer-songwriter Nicholas Vernon from 7 to 9 p.m.
Sunday

Car, motorcycle and truck shows: Witness the unique vehicles hosted by the Stewardship Car Club drive through the 400 block of Hay Street from noon to 4 p.m.
Middle: Located in the Masonic Lodge parking lot on the corner of Mason Street and Ray Avenue, Midway is open from noon to 6 p.m.
Downtown Street Fair: More than 100 vendors will be in downtown Fayetteville and Festival Park Plaza from noon to 9 p.m. Food trucks and carnival rides will also be available at the fair.
Performance area: The following acts will perform in the 300 block of Hay Street from noon to 6 p.m. Shimmy mob at noon. Aloha Ka Naka O Hula Halua, 12:45 p.m. 1:30 p.m. Caton of Attilium, SCA. Sunday concert: Festival Park will feature a DJ from noon to 6 p.m.
