Rob Lowe says he has “never felt better” as he approaches his 60th birthday.
The Hollywood star celebrates his milestone birthday on March 17, but Rob revealed he is in a great mental state.
Rob told PEOPLE: “Fortunately, we had some time to prepare.
“I love milestone birthdays because they give me an opportunity to reflect and think about where I want to go.”
Rob hopes his life continues in the same direction for the next 10 years.
He said: “I've never had anything so interesting happen to me in my life, so I'm really humbled and grateful. I've never felt so good. I'm in the pocket, in my relationships and on every level, and this is just… That's how I want to spend the next 10 years. ”
Rob also teased that he has “a lot” to look forward to in the coming years.
The movie star said: “I feel like I've started a whole new chapter in my life.
“I pursue movies, TV, podcasts, books, business marketing, anything that satisfies my curiosity, teaches me anything, or makes an impact.”
Meanwhile, Rob previously claimed that “science is catching up” to his health-conscious lifestyle.
The actor, who has been on the Atkins diet for the past 30 years, told GQ magazine: “People used to make fun of me. But now science has caught up and it's not just beauty sleep. It's brain sleep. Yes, it is the body's sleep. Sleep, it is the ability to concentrate.
“The other thing is that as a guy in his 50s, I'm training completely differently than I used to. The hardest thing for me is training less. I'd train every day if I could. .And frankly, if you don't feel like you killed yourself at the gym, you feel like you wasted your time.
“At the end of the day, that's not true, especially if you're not in your 20s or 30s anymore.”
