Color is very powerful in a room, especially In the nursery where children are learning about the world and exploring it every day. Rainbows are a symbol of joy, acceptance, and hope, especially if you have a rainbow-colored baby.
Rainbow themes come in many different styles. Bold and bright or soft and calm. Depending on your style, you can go for a burst of color on every wall or incorporate a few statement pieces to make the room pop.

How do you set up the perfect nursery?
The “perfect” nursery is the one that best suits you and your baby's needs.
If you're working in a small room, don't try to fill it with too much furniture or decorations. Instead, keep the room as open as possible to make it feel larger, then add some decorative items to add a fun, colorful touch.
On the other hand, if you have a large room, plan how everything will be arranged and what items you want to include. In such a case, a nursery school mood board is perfect! Then, start with the essential furniture and slowly add your favorite decor until you're satisfied.

What kind of furniture should I have in my rainbow nursery?
When it comes to furniture, I think something large like a white or neutral-colored dresser is best. This will ensure that the other colors and decorative items you use will pop in the room.
A small, colorful piece or two of furniture, such as a chair, footstool, or area rug, can act as an accent to the room. White furniture helps stabilize the space without making it feel overwhelming.
The mint green rocking chair is a beautiful color that contrasts with the bold iridescent colors used elsewhere. High quality pieces are perfect for use in children's rooms as they will last long as your child grows older. You can also inherit it and use it in other children's nursery rooms or other rooms in the house.

Do I need to buy a changing table or dresser?
It's a good idea to place a dresser over the changing table. Not only will you be able to set up the dresser as your child grows, but you'll also have additional storage space, which is always a plus.
Place it under the gallery wall to look up at the art or play with the stuffed animals. I have this Jenny Lind dresser and I love how quirky it is!!! (And it fits a lot!) But if you need extra space, this stackable storage bench is Also perfect for storing books and toys.
Add color by hanging accessories, charms, stuffed animals, and toys in the drawers.
