Denver Nuggets superfan Vickie Ray has been banned from games and stripped of her season tickets by team owner Kroenke Sports & Entertainment after she allegedly grabbed a referee and punched a player in the face. He is suing the team owner.
In a lawsuit filed Monday in Denver District Court, Ray's attorneys say the company violated the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, breached its contract with Ray, failed to act in good faith, and disqualified her ticket. He claimed that by banning Ray from participating in the match, he caused mental distress. season.
Ray is seeking unspecified monetary damages and other relief, including an injunction to prevent Kroenke from enforcing the ban and reinstate his season tickets, according to the complaint.
