His 1,700-seat two-story live music hall at 401 Rhett Street is part of a larger entertainment complex scheduled to open in 2025. In addition to the main music hall, the complex will include a clubhouse with rooftop views. Large screens are on display both indoors and outdoors, as well as in the West End. This space also serves coffee, cocktails, and late-night snacks daily. It is also touted as a perfect venue for community events, group classes, viewing parties, and more. There is also a space called Handlebar, which is described as an intimate performance space. Founders say the space will be used to invite local and regional artists for DJ nights and dance parties. This location is also ideal for private events. The Green Room will be a premier members club for after-parties offering craft cocktails and light refreshments. Michael Grozier, founder of Trueline, has had a long career in the live entertainment industry. For the past 30 years, Grozier has been involved in building and operating iconic music venues, including co-founding the legendary House of Blues. “Trueline brings the best of art, design, functionality and top-notch entertainment inspired by these entertainment venues to a one-of-a-kind space,” a release about the venue states. .
