Spring is here and music festival season is upon us, giving Mississippians the opportunity to see great live music at festivals and various venues around the state.
Below are some of the big music festivals happening in Mississippi this spring and early summer.
41st Hal & Mars St. Paddy's Parade & Festival
The 41st Annual Hull's St. Paddy's Parade & Festival kicks off March 23 in downtown Jackson, and the theme of this year's event is “Telling Mississippi's Stories.”

4th Annual Swamp Pop Music Festival
According to gulf coast.org, the Swamp Pop Music Festival will be held again this year, with a variety of food stalls and crawfish cooking showdowns.

The Township Jazz Festival, held at the Township at Colony Park in Ridgeland in the Jackson metropolitan area, promises to be a fun night of live jazz music from great musicians, accompanied by food, drinks, and more. Crawfish Music Festival 2024
The Crawfish Music Festival will feature live music entertainment and family-friendly fun on the grounds of the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi during the three-day weekend, as well as spicy boiled meat, according to the Mississippi Coast Coliseum's website. JXN City with Southern Soul Fest

71st Jimmie Rodgers Music Festival 2024
