Millie Bobby Brown had to change her diet for her role in “Damsel.”
The 20-year-old actress admits it wasn't easy filming her new dark fantasy film, as she was forced to wear a very strict costume as she battles dragons.
Speaking to Collider, she explained: “I just have to figure out a different way to breathe…I don’t think about it that way, but I have to.
“I had to think about a lot of things to eat for lunch, and I had to think about breathing techniques a lot, because I couldn't eat anything too heavy and I had to jump from cave to cave. is.
“But you can't be too fat either, because you have to maintain a certain body shape.”
Millie found it difficult to move in costume, but accepts that the role required it.
The Hollywood star said, “It's very hard to move around in that, but she has an hourglass shape.”
Meanwhile, Millie recently admitted:[doesn’t] I really like working out. ”
Although the actress filmed a series of action scenes for Damsel, Millie did not undergo any serious training for the role.
Millie, who is perhaps best known for starring in Netflix's hit show Stranger Things, told Extra. However, she's like, “I want to know failure, so why does a great climber prepare so much and become so muscular?''
