Kirstie Alley complained about Max Chmerkovskiy's “flirty” behavior on Dancing with the Stars.
The actress, who died in December 2022 at the age of 71, and her professional partner had an argument while preparing one of her routines for the popular 2011 TV show.
Max, 44, said of the upcoming episode of 'Grilling with Curtis Stone.'[Kirstie] Something like, “You're so flirty.”
“I'm having a heart attack because I don't know what else to do. How do I figure this out? I'm sitting here tearing my hair out.
“She's like, 'You're so flirtatious,' and I'm like, 'I'm not cheating on you.' Why would you say that? She's like, “So let's see where your hands are?” She's like, “Where are my hands?” “It's in my butt.”
Max explained to Kirsty, who was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in May 2022, that the position of her hands was determined by where her “center of gravity” was.
Max recalled: “I was like, 'It's where your center of gravity is and where I can move you.' 'My hands aren't on your shoulders, you go. It's from.''
Despite the altercation, Max enjoyed working with the late actress and paid tribute to Kirsty on social media after her death.
At the time, the dancer wrote on Instagram: “You are one of the most unique people I have ever met and definitely one of the brightest moments in my personal and professional life.
“As I type this, the memories of our time together are running through my head and tears are streaming down my face as I remember how wild you were, something you absolutely hate.”
