Exclusive: Joe Wiggins has joined Elevate Entertainment as co-head of development and production. He will work on Elevate's current scripted and unscripted projects alongside co-head of development and production Samantha Levencious.
In a competitive deal, Wiggins will be promoted from the position of head of development at Intrigue, where he specialized in adapting international formats and other IP for the U.S. television and feature film industries.
