Jodie Foster didn't let fame or success change who she was.
The 61-year-old star has had great success in her career, including two Oscar wins, but she hasn't let her pursuit of fame dilute her real-life self.
As for the secret to her success on the Oscars red carpet, Jodie told ABC News:[The key] I think most of it is just being yourself.
“There's a lot of temptation to be someone else, to shove things in your face…you know, it makes you hate yourself. I'm just being myself all the time. Yeah, that's all I do.”
Jodi has previously won Best Actress awards for “The Accuser'' and “The Silence of the Lambs.''
When asked where she kept her prize, Jody replied: “It was in the bathroom, but it rotted away. Now… it's in a nice place now.”
Jodie shot to fame as a child and previously admitted that the attention had “changed” her “world”.
The Hollywood icon, who has focused on directing in recent years, admitted that fame has changed her life.
Jodie told the Guardian: “When you become a public figure, your world changes and you don't know anything else. And you don't know that you're a hardliner or that you're not a good friend. ”You never show up because people spoil you.
“Hugh Grant once said something that I thought was spot on. Gaining fame at a young age is like being given steroids, and you live with those big muscles for the rest of your life.” But one day you make a decision. “There are no more steroids. And you don't know yourself, you don't know who you are, and you have to rebuild your entire identity.'' It won’t.”
