exclusive: Silver Lining Entertainment, the management and production company founded by military veterans Jeff Gorenberg and Sam Maydew, is disbanding after more than a decade.
Gorenberg and Silver Linings partner Jason Shapiro started a Los Angeles-based management and production company, Strand Entertainment, and brought along most of Silver Linings' managers. Prior to joining The Collective, Gollenberg worked for seven years as a manager and producer at 3 Arts Entertainment. Shapiro, who started his career at UTA and worked his way up from the mailroom to featured agent, spent a total of nine years on the agency side before transitioning into management.
