Offset believes he has become a “better person” since quitting Lean.
The 32-year-old rap star believed he needed to drink lean (a mix of codeine and soda) to make a hit record.
During an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, Offset explained: “At the beginning of my career, when I was young and just starting to have some success, I was drinking a lot of Lean, right? “But I started to realize that it was affecting my family. I have five children. I have to grow up. I have to take care of the house. And my I realized that the people who love me the most, like my mom, would say, “Son, you're stronger than that. You need to shake it up.''
Offset eventually decided to quit lean drinking, which changed his career forever.
The chart-topping rapper, who shares 5-year-old Kulture and 2-year-old Wave with Cardi B, as well as Jordan, 13, and Kalea and Kody, 8, from previous relationships, has been less productive since quitting. I believe it has risen. Drink Lean.
Offset, who split from Cardi in 2023, said: “I felt like I was able to make harder songs, record them during the day, and accomplish more. Then I started to realize that people would say things about my attitude and the way I do things.” His speech is clearer, he doesn't seem upset, and he loves that feeling when he hears it from others. ”
