The former “Bachelor Nation” host said he will return as the anchor for two of Dr. Phil's Merritt Street Media TV shows.
In fact, one of the shows will take Harrison back to his dating reality show days, but the 52-year-old insisted the concept is very different from The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise.
“There's an element of dating involved, but this is very different and very innovative,” Harrison told Entertainment Tonight in an interview published on March 6. He spoke at It's unbelievable. ”
Further hinting at what fans can expect, Harrison added that the series will be “bigger and broader.”
“For years and years and years I said this.”[The Bachelor] “It's the most dramatic show ever,” he continued, “We want to make a show where those words actually ring true, so we're sure this dating show will be the most dramatic ever.” can.”

And the TV personality, who quit Bachelor Nation in 2021 during a furlough over controversial comments he made defending contestant Rachael Kirkconnell, later called it “historical racism.” “I forgive you,” he admitted.
After the controversy, Harrison said he “thought long and hard” about whether he was ready to return to television. But he couldn't be more excited to join Dr. Phil's media conglomerate.
“Divine intervention, karma, kismet, whatever you want to call it,” Harrison said, adding, “The fact that Dr. Phil created this network right here in my backyard in Dallas is a great way to not only return to television, but to It means the world to me.” But to do it here in front of a local crowd. ”
