Get ready to rock at the Rock the Country Music Festival in Gonzales. The official daily schedule has been announced, with headline acts Jason Aldean and Kid Rock. The festival will be held in Gonzales on April 5th and 6th. A two-day VIP package is available for $400 and includes an up-close experience, cozy seating and tables in a tent to escape the festival frenzy, and a private bar and private restrooms for a smooth festival experience. His two-day general admission tickets start at $200, and you can also purchase parking and camping passes.

Grammy Award winner Lauren Daigle said of the Kaleidoscope Tour, “My people, my people! Time to get off!!! I'm going home.” The Louisiana native, who will perform at the Cajun Dome on June 12, has added Lafayette as a stop on her ongoing tour. Daigle was born in Lake Charles and raised in Lafayette, where she absorbed local Zydeco, blues, and Cajun music.

A celebrity impersonator of Jason Statham, who appeared on a doppelganger episode of Fox's “I Can See Your Voice,” has ties to Alexandria. Casting producers for the Fox show after scouting people for celebrity look-alikes and doppelganger episode impersonations premiere for several TikTok videos in which Jason Stanley imitated British action star Jason Statham contacted Stanley.
Jason Stanley of Baton Rouge, known as the_statham_guy on TikTok, is the son of Davelin Gaspard and David Stanley, née Watson. They both grew up in Alexandria. Stanley appears in Season 3, Episode 7.
