With a proven track record of providing strategic leadership for companies as both an executive and director, Harris-Jones brings a unique perspective and depth of experience to Caesars Entertainment's Board of Directors.

Mr. Harris-Jones retired from Mondelez International in 2015 as Senior Vice President and Corporate Auditor. She guided the company through its early stages after it was spun off from Kraft Foods. She has worked as Senior Vice President and Corporate Auditor since 2009.
Prior to joining Kraft, Harris-Jones spent 17 years at Chrysler Corporation, where he held various leadership positions and ultimately served as the company's senior vice president and corporate controller. Before joining Chrysler, Harris-Jones worked at General Motors for six years.
Harris-Jones has been recognized nationally for her outstanding contributions and was recently named to the list of “100 Most Influential Black Corporate Directors” by BoardProspects Magazine. She has previously been named to CFO Magazine's list of 25 Women to Watch, Black Enterprise Magazine's list of 75 Most Powerful Women in Business, and Black Enterprise Magazine's list of 75 Most Powerful Women in Business. Additionally, Harris-Jones serves on the board of directors of the Ethiopian North American Medical Professionals Association and the finance committee of the Business Graduate Research Consortium. She is also the president and chair of the Harris Jones Charitable Gifts Foundation, a nonprofit foundation.
The addition of Harris-Jones increases Caesars Entertainment's board of directors to 10 members.
