Erastus Radjimin, founder and CEO of Artotel Group, revealed that the hotel will undergo a two-phase renovation. The first phase will focus on the façade, lobby, cafe and restaurant, with some rooms expected to be completed in October this year. The remaining rooms and other facilities, consisting of a ballroom, nine meeting spaces, a pool, and a tennis court, will be upgraded in a second phase, scheduled for completion in 2025.
