Ariana Madix is the new host of Love Island USA.
The 38-year-old star has been confirmed to replace Sarah Hyland on the US version of the reality TV series.
Ariana, known for her appearance on Vanderpump Rules, wrote on Instagram: “Talk about bombshells! This summer I'm trading in my rhinestone buckles for a bikini.
“I'm hosting the next season of Love Island USA, which will be streamed on Peacock this summer. I can't wait to cause some trouble in paradise.”
Ariana captioned the Instagram video: “See you at the villa for an all-new season of @loveislandusa hosted by me! (sic).”
Ariana was cast shortly after Sara admitted that she was leaving the role due to scheduling conflicts.
The 33-year-old actress hosted Love Island USA for two seasons, but recently left the role to pursue other projects.
“I just received a message,” Sara wrote on her Instagram Story. [laughing emoji] It is unfortunate that the news had to be broken in this way, but it is true that I will not be returning to the island this summer. I'm working on an exciting project that will be announced soon that will directly conflict with my Love Island USA (sic) filming dates. ”
Despite Sarah leaving the show, she still plans to watch the show over the summer.
The actress went on to say, “I'm sad I can't go back, but I hope we see a lot of love on Peacock this summer and next season!”
In fact, Ariana made a special guest appearance on Season 5 of Love Island in 2023, where she addressed her acrimonious breakup with Tom Sandoval.
Ariana, who broke up with Tom after it was revealed he was cheating on her, told the Islanders at the time: “It's important to put that aside and know who you're dating and who you're sharing a bed with. And if Tom isn't the one for you, trust me, it's better to find it sooner than later. ”
