Open chess tournament in the city park
George L. Williams Pavilion, 801 Goodnight Ave. | Registration 9 a.m., First Round 9:30 a.m. | Chess players of all strengths are invited.entry The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children 15 and under.. Prize money will be awarded. Membership registration is not required. There are several sets and boards, but most players should plan on bringing their own. “Where Dreams Begin” Art Exhibit Opens at Steel City Art Works
