Effective June 1, 2024, Mr. Hideaki Nishino will be appointed CEO of SIE's Platform Business Group and Mr. Hermenhulst will be appointed CEO of his SIE Studio Business Group. Hiroki Totoki, who had been serving as interim CEO of SIE, will assume the role of chairman of SIE in addition to his roles as president, COO, and CFO of Sony Group Corporation.
