Retail Alliance is supporting Phoebus' existing businesses with a $100,000 Virginia Business District Recovery Grant from the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development.
Eleven companies applied and the jury selected five: Art Central Gallery, Happy Hempo, Palace Jewelers, Seawitch Books and Sly Clyde Ciderworks.
