SALA Event Center has announced a lineup of engaging and fun events for the local community this week. From educational workshops to family movie nights, there's something for everyone.
Thursday, April 4th will be a day filled with excitement and community spirit. The LAHS Mountain Bike and Eco Club community event will feature “The Engine Inside” and kick off at 5:30 p.m. The event functions as a fundraiser and supports important environmental initiatives while fostering a sense of unity within the community.
Additionally, Thursday, April 4th will be your last chance to watch the thrilling adventure of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire. Screenings will take place at 1pm and 6pm, giving audiences one last chance to experience the excitement and humor of this beloved film.
From Friday, April 5th to Sunday, April 7th, families can enjoy screenings of Kung Fu Panda 4 on Fridays and Saturdays at 1pm and 6pm, and Sundays at 2pm. Join us for a weekend full of laughs and martial arts action as Poe and the Wild Five return for yet another epic adventure.
Saturday, April 6th begins at 9 a.m. with “Pj's and Movies” hosted by Team Teddy Sue. Families can snuggle up in their pajamas and enjoy a screening of the heart-warming movie “Hop.'' It will be even more fun if you carry your favorite stuffed animal with you!
Later on Saturday, Wieman Wells will proudly present “Classics: Spring Rebirth” at 6:30 p.m., featuring the timeless film “La La Land.” Experience the romance and music of this modern classic under the stars.
