An outlet mall in South Las Vegas is considering adding more entertainment options with plans to build an arcade.
According to Ashley Fawcett, area director of marketing for Las Vegas North & South Premium Outlets, the arcade will be operated by Round One, which operates bowling alleys and arcades throughout the United States, and will be operated by Las Vegas South Premium.・The company plans to expand into outlet stores.
Fawcett said Las Vegas South Premium Outlets wanted to add the arcade to provide a fuller selection of merchandise to its customers.
“Our goal with Las Vegas South Premium Outlets has always been to add more retailers and experiences for shoppers to enjoy,” Fawcett said in an emailed statement.
The Round1 arcade concept was advanced at Tuesday's Clark County Planning Commission meeting. Fawcett said Round One Arcade should open this spring.
The Round One arcade will be approximately 26,000 square feet, according to Clark County documents. But unlike other Round 1 locations, this one won't have a bowling option and will simply be an arcade, Fawcett said.
According to Round1's website, this is not Round1's first location in the Las Vegas area, as it also has a location in Meadows Mall. His Round 1 inside the Meadows Mall has a bowling alley.
