British production, sales and distribution company Signature Entertainment on Tuesday announced the acquisition of Latin American production and distribution company Particular Cloud. The aim is to make it a reality.”

Founded as Warner Bros. Discovery's international original film label, Los Angeles and Buenos Aires-based Particular Cloud Banner is an independent company that is able to leverage its unique position and capitalize on opportunities across global markets. “We maintain a close relationship with Warner Bros. Discovery through production agreements,” the company that develops, produces and co-finances the film says of itself. “The company's films are produced in English, Spanish and Portuguese and cover popular genres such as comedies, romantic comedies, horror, thrillers, teen films and family films.”
Crowd's recent successes in particular include the following releases: La Extrusion and Casi Muerta. Signature magazine said, “Both films secured the top spot at the local box office, and the films will be available exclusively locally under Particular Cloud's blockbuster deal with Warner Bros. Discovery. It has been proven that we have achieved good results.”

Led by founder and CEO Mark Goldberg, Signature and Particular Crowd have collaborated on films in recent years, including a co-production with Paul Andrew Williams. bull.
Peter Bevan, Head of Particular Crowd, will join the Signature senior management team as President of Global Strategy and Distribution. “I have long admired how Mark and the Signature team have developed the business to become a market leader,” Bevan said. “Our ambitions are aligned and our combined strengths will allow us to expand our advanced content while unlocking great potential in Latin America and the rest of the world.”
