This class, hosted by Dr. Josie Burks from Ole Miss School of Business and Dr. Ellen Brewer from Northwest Community College, teaches students how to create positive interactions with customers through strong communication skills and to improve their relationships in the community. The Big Bad Business Series is an annual workshop series designed to connect entrepreneurs and small businesses with free and low-cost small business resources in North Mississippi. The workshop is free and open to the public and will be followed by refreshments and networking.
The Yoknapatawpha Arts Council and the Oxford Economic Development Foundation partner each year to host a monthly workshop series.
