One woman revealed that she had completely renovated a modest and run-down city hall on a budget.

A DIY fan named Shannon Merrigan, 28, from the UK, left many people very impressed when she shared before and after pictures of the City Hall bathroom on social media.

Showing off her dilapidated bathroom, she admitted: “Once you get the city council, literally. shell.

We then walked through the bathroom overhaul process as Shannon revealed how she transformed the white tiles without breaking the bank.

Shannon later explained that he got the vinyl from The Range, and it cost just £6 a roll.
She said: “This was a great bargain. 5 rolls cost her £30.02. It made a huge difference to the room!”
Mr Shannon also admitted using spray paint, which he bought from Pondoland for just £2.50, to color the taps. new look.
However, she revealed: “But the spray paint doesn't last very well. It's just a temporary fix until I get a new one.”
Shannon used Johnston Metal Black paint on the radiator, which he bought for just £7.
The DIY enthusiast explained: “The can is small, so don’t be fooled by the photo.
“But it did a good job on the radiator. I applied three coats and there's still some left.”

Not only this, but this DIY fan also admitted that he bought a matte black shower slide rail kit from Amazon for £34.99.
As for her “favorite place in the bathroom”, which Shannon says “transforms a room”, she admitted that she ordered a black square grid shower screen from Amazon, priced at £88.99.

Shannon later claimed: “It cost me about £250 in total, but I'm happy with the result.”
