Judge Marchan gave Trump's defense team an ultimatum: If they don't turn over the proposed defense exhibits within 24 hours, they will be barred from using the materials.
“We have 24 hours left,” Marchan said. “Anything not created within 24 hours will be excluded.”
Defense attorney Todd Blanche disputed the prosecution's argument that the defense withheld the material for “tactical reasons” after the February deadline for exhibition, which was extended.
“That's completely untrue,” Blanche said. He asked Marchand for a Wednesday deadline instead, given the court's demands.
Machan declined to grant the request, highlighting a flurry of defense motions filed in recent weeks.
“I don't know how they came up with that move,” Marchand said. “How you use your time is up to you.”

“President Trump is not going out and targeting individuals. He is… responding to attacks from these witnesses,” Blanche said.
Trump's three posts, two on April 10 and the third on April 13, were posted just days before the trial.
In one of those posts, Trump thanked Daniels' former lawyer Michael Avenatti for “uncovering the truth about the two sleaze bags” — a statement that prosecutors said It said it was an “attack” on Daniels and Cohen and their participation in the trial.
Mr Justice Machan said Mr Branch would have the opportunity to respond in written submissions.
“I'll take this upstairs during my lunch break,” Machan said.
