Saracens has concluded its internal investigation into the arrest of Billy Vunipola in Mallorca and will take no further action.
Vunipola was Tasered twice by Spanish police after arriving at a bar in the island's capital Palma early Sunday morning.
Initial reports said the back row rower had made threats of violence against bar staff and patrons.
The Saracens take no further action.
In a statement addressing the reports, Vunipola added that there was “no violence” during the incident and apologized “unreservedly.”
Upon returning to Saracens, he met with club executives and decided to take no further action against the player.
“Saracens can confirm that following an internal investigation, Billy Vunipola will face no further action from the club,” a club statement read.
“We condemned this behavior and warned Billy of his future actions.
“We look forward to the remainder of the Gallagher Premiership season and believe this matter has been resolved.”

Although Saracens has walked away from the incident, it is reported that the RFU may still take action against Vunipola.

How can the RFU sanction Vunipola?
However, a decision will only be made once Saracens share the results of an internal investigation later this week.
The RFU can sanction Vunipola under Article 5.12 of the RFU Regulations.
The union shall have the authority to discipline the following persons: Rugby body. Union members without voting rights. A player, officer, member or employee of a member or rugby organization. or any other person or entity subject to the jurisdiction of the Union for disciplinary purposes. Violating these Rules, the RFU Rules, the Competition Act, the World Rugby Rules, and/or any act that is detrimental to the interests of the association or the competition, or that amounts to misconduct.
The Union may suspend or terminate your membership in the Union or impose other appropriate penalties for such violations. The procedures and conduct of disciplinary hearings shall be prescribed by the Council and published in the Handbook.
The RFU used the above rules to punish Danny Cipriani, who was arrested in Jersey in 2018. He was fined £2,000.
