Royal Blood, who had previously announced plans to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their self-titled debut album with a series of live shows, have now announced details of a special warm-up show in Bournemouth.
In addition to a special reissue of the record that started it all (scheduled for release on August 16th), the band will play a series of commemorative shows in June and July this year, including one at London's newly reopened This includes two nights at Brixton Academy. Now, tickets for the newly announced warm-up show at the O2 Academy Bournemouth on June 17th will go on sale from the band's website at 9am this Friday (April 12th). The Crawlers will be supporting the show.
““We are delighted to be returning to Bournemouth to celebrate 10 years since the release of our debut album,” the band said. “I can’t wait to celebrate this opportunity with my amazing fans who have been on this journey with me!”
And don't forget, Royal Blood – The Tenth Anniversary Edition includes unreleased songs and original mixes like fan favorites “One Trick Pony” and “Hole,” as well as songs from their 2015 main album. It will include several live recordings. Reading Festival stage set.
