Qatar Airways will add virtual flight attendants as “digital human flight attendants” to support customers at the airport and on board.

The company claims that its virtual flight attendants (also accessible through the company's Metaverse and Qatar apps, called Qverse) are the first AI-powered customer assistance of its kind.
According to a statement from the airline and developer UneeQ, the digital helper, whose name means “sky” in Arabic, combines “technology, empathy and personalization” to create “engaging and engaging designs that mirror human conversation.” It claims to provide “easy interaction.”
It is designed to learn from customer behavior through “comprehensive visual interactions” and “help passengers design curated travel experiences.”
The Flyers can get the most out of Sama by leveraging Qatar's Qverse. From there, the virtual helper can guide the passenger through his 3D map rendering of the airport, for example, or answer travel-related questions about baggage, check-in, etc. in real time while typing or talking in the chat module. .
The assistant currently only speaks English, but will be fluent in other languages, including Arabic, by the second half of this year.
“This is a monumental point not only for Qatar Airways but also for the industry as a whole as we spearhead the successful synergy between technology and relationships,” said Babar Rahman, vice president of marketing at the airline. “It's going to be approachable and friendly,” he added. ”
