Following the recent announcement that their debut album 'Teething' will be released on April 26th (via Play It Again Sam Records), Manchester quartet Porizzi have now released their third single, 'Unpredictable', to be released on vinyl. ' was released.
The UK garage-inspired song is about how vocalist and keyboardist Egg is “nostalgic for the simplicity of early life, but longing for the complexity of life that might yet come.” It is derived from a poem I wrote. Everything felt so up and down during that period that I didn't really know how I was going to feel from one day to the next. ”
A captivating new video has also been released, with director Maxi McLachlan saying: The point was to try to create a video where Egg is constantly rotating but his clothes transform until it gets too extreme and he warps into other members of his band. When we first discussed the video, we wanted it to reflect a chaotic yet very carefully produced track. I wanted to create the feeling that the porridge has become so unpredictable that even machines can't handle it, and the whole thing is falling apart. ”
