Netizens witnessed actress Jeon Jong-seo's post accusing her of school bullying being deleted in real time on a popular online community.
Jeon Jong-seo recently became embroiled in allegations of school bullying after he claimed in an anonymous post on an online community that “Actress J'' was the school bully. However, Jeon Jong-seo's agency denied all charges and stated that she would take firm legal action against false rumors.
What caught the attention of many on April 6 was that these disparaging posts appeared to be deleted in real time. Netizens reported instances where comments and posts regarding the allegations were mysteriously deleted from these online platforms, fueling speculation and suspicion. One netizen wrote: “I was reading this post called “Interview with Jeon Jong-seo's accuser released'' and it said that it had suddenly been deleted. Articles saying that all posts accusing Jeon Jong-seo of school bullying will be deleted, etc. I saw a post about…and it was true.”
Others also shared their stories in the comments, saying:
“She has aired four commercials and a tvN drama, so her agency has deleted all of them. The only thing the public can do is boycott her.”
“Authorities have been working very hard on this, including similar incidents in the past. There is certainly something suspicious about this.”
“The more you do it, the more you'll remember it. I'm sure this post will be deleted soon.”
“How can nugu companies manipulate the media? This is scary.”
“I saw three posts about JJS and wrote comments on all three, all of which have now been deleted.”
“Oddly, the authorities denied removing the post.” (The screenshot below shows multiple posts that say “This post has been disabled at the request of ANDMARQ.”)
This has been going on since “The Burning''.
“All posts by non-classmates who allegedly defended her.”
“The post her cousin wrote about her has been permanently deleted from the internet.”
“Damn, who's behind her?”
“This accusation first came up many years ago.”
