Trinh Georg (@trinhgeorg) shared a tip on TikTok, admitting that she learned it from her mother.
She regularly shares natural beauty hacks with her 288,000 followers on the platform.

“If you don't take a sauna or steam bath regularly, you should steam your face at least once a week,” she says in the post.
This hack had other uses as well as cosmetic purposes.
“My mom did this for me when I got sick. [It’s something] The same goes for us Vietnamese. ”
All you need is a bowl, boiling water, and your choice of herbs and fruit.

She liked lemon, ginger, lemongrass and mint.
“Get a big bowl and pour boiling water into it. Be careful, it's boiling water,” he warned viewers.
Avoid touching bare skin at any point during the steaming process.
She added the chopped ingredients and a few drops of essential oil if needed.
“Remember to put a towel over your head and keep your distance from boiling water,” she said.
“That's it, it's that simple. Steam your face for 10 minutes,” she said.
