A woman has shared a DIY hair care treatment that made her hair grow back in just 30 days.
Mizuna shared her treatment on social media and said it changed her life.
In a video posted to her TikTok channel @mizvlog, she shared a photo of what her hair looked like before using the treatment.
His upper body was incredibly thin and had large bald spots.
Mizuna revealed that she made a homemade rosemary water mixture to restore her hair.
She added a cup of rosemary distilled water to the pot as she demonstrated how to make the mixture.
She also added four or five strings of rosemary, which you can buy in the supermarket for about 50p.
NextShe added four or five pieces of mint thread, which you can buy at the supermarket for a similar price.
She also added 15-20 cloves (available for £1 in the supermarket) and 3-4 large pieces of ginger.
Mizuna brought the mixture to a boil and simmered for 20-25 minutes.
The mixture was then chilled overnight and transferred to applicator bottles the next day.
Mizuna massaged her head while applying the mixture to her scalp.
“Massage in a circular motion for at least 10 to 15 minutes on each section,” she said.
Mizuna said she uses the mixture every day and rinses it off before taking a shower.
She added that as well as rosemary water, she also uses rosemary oil, which can be bought from Boots for just £5, once every three to four days.
Mizuna's hair has grown significantly in just 30 days and now looks healthier and thicker.
She said she noticed much less hair loss after just one week.
She added that she has so much hair growth that baby hair is “growing everywhere.”
TikTok users flooded the comments section of the video to share their thoughts on Mizuna's hack.
