Instead of listening to social media trends, they encourage people to pay attention to how much they use a product.
Reddit user Waristory is a fan of the key ingredient that, when used in moderation, can help grow your mane.
“Add 2-5% rosemary oil,” they said.
“Start slow. If you're only making 10% on TikTok you're crazy,” they continued.
Others echoed their advice.
“To the people in the back – more is not better when using rosemary oil on your hair,” said one Reddit user.
“If you want to increase the amount, measure it and drip it in, rather than pouring it freehand,” they added.

However, if you have a particularly dry scalp, rosehip oil and olive oil are great options.
