James Rowe scored a hat-trick as Leinster beat Northampton Saints 20-17 at Croke Park to book their place in the Champions Cup final for the third consecutive year.
Despite dominating for much of the match, Leinster were forced to hold on against a mistake-riddled Northampton side in front of more than 82,000 fans in Dublin.
Ross Byrne kicked a conversion and a penalty for Lowe, while George Hendy and Tom Seabrook scored crosses for Saints, with these tries scoring 15 of the team's points.
