Erica Synth EDU DIY Labor Exactly what you need.
Developed in collaboration with Dr. Shalom D. Reuben, a professor of engineering at Colorado State University, the device is a bit like the electronics and physics kits I experimented with as a kid. The main components are: bread board You can place and connect the various components of your circuit. The bottom 16 holes are for jacks and potentiometers.
To power and test your circuit and see how it works as a complete synthesizer, you typically need a lab setup consisting of a calibrated power supply and additional components such as oscillators and amplifiers. Many of these are already included in EDU DIY Labor to help you get started quickly.
In addition to power supply Eurorack compatible voltage sources include: Oscillator It features pulse, triangle and sine waves and can also be used as an LFO. Additionally, EDU DIY Labor Multimode Envelope With a nice trigger button, Variable CV Sourceand Output Amplifier With headphone and line output.
Erica Synths EDU DIY Labor comes in two versions: Basic Kit Includes the lab, power supply, jumper cables, various potentiometers, jacks and switches. Any additional components will need to be provided by you. Full kit Comes with commonly used resistors, capacitors, chips and transistors.
