STACK Infrastructure, a Colorado-based infrastructure and data center company, announced plans to develop a more than 100-acre, 220MW campus in Lancaster in southern Dallas County.

“We are very excited to welcome STACK Data Center to the Lancaster community,” Lancaster Mayor Clyde Hairston said in a statement. “Their decision to invest here is a clear sign of our city’s dynamic and robust economic situation.”
STACK says the planned campus is strategically designed to accommodate both shell and turnkey deployments, and the growing demand for infrastructure to support the growth of AI, cloud computing, and other emerging technologies. The company stated that it will provide scalability and dedicated power supply to accommodate.
The company said the Lancaster campus is strategically located within a major development cluster in southern Dallas County, a fast-growing market favored by developers and providers alike.
Dedicated ONCOR substation scheduled for delivery in mid-2026
Spread over 1.5 million square feet across six 36MW data centers, the campus is scheduled for delivery in mid-2026 and will be powered by ONCOR via a dedicated substation.
STACK said the AI-enabled campus, designed with a “future-proof” approach, offers adaptability and flexibility, including a variety of cooling solutions, and can seamlessly respond to the ever-evolving technology landscape.

STACK said its vast portfolio consists of over 6GW of scale enabled through flexible campus-level configurations, large-scale power supply potential land, and proven AI-enabled solutions. .
The company said the 48MW construction opportunity in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is among its numerous growth opportunities in key regions around the world.
