Recently, Contra Costa County's Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime (A3) program announced the launch of a new dashboard.
Contra Costa Health (CCH) continues to expand and develop its A3 program, which provides an alternative to law enforcement response when someone is in a mental health crisis. This new resource is updated weekly and centralizes A3's reporting on call volume, mobile response details, client demographics, and other key metrics. Users can filter data by city, number of people served, total number of calls, or mobile responses.
The dashboard also displays graphs that show how and when A3 interacts with law enforcement and other agencies that call A3 for assistance.
From July 1, 2023 to May 4, 2024, A3 will 11,434 calls Among them, 7,896 people were tested for critical conditions. Of these, 1,717 were related to education, support and follow-up.
