The person who made the complaint against Christian Horner reportedly lodged a formal complaint with the FIA, but it was rejected by Red Bull.
An international investigation into Horner by Red Bull last month was ultimately dismissed, but the actions of Red Bull's CEO and team principal will now reportedly be investigated by the sport's governing body.
Christian Horner case submitted to FIA
According to the BBC, the complainant has lodged a complaint with the FIA's ethics committee regarding allegations about Horner's conduct, which the 50-year-old has always denied.
According to the BBC, the first complaint was made to the FIA Ethics and Compliance Hotline on February 2nd, raising concerns that Red Bull would try to cover it up.
The second complaint, dated March 6, referred to the first complaint and warned that the whistleblower would then report to the media.
The BBC said the FIA did not respond to requests for comment and that Red Bull Racing was unaware of the content of its submission.

An internal investigation by Red Bull Racing's parent company, Red Bull GmbH, dismissed the allegations against Horner, but the female employee is expected to appeal.
As part of its due diligence, Red Bull appointed an independent lawyer to oversee the investigation, and KC interviewed Horner for more than nine hours in London in February.
The day after the investigation was dismissed, a WhatsApp message claiming to be from Horner was spread to media members and other F1 figures, but Horner never confirmed its authenticity or claimed to be from Horner. declined to comment on the “anonymous speculation”.
However, the conversation surrounding Horner continued into the season, with questions asked about the working conditions at the Saudi Arabian team.
When asked by Sky Sports F1 if there is currently a decent work culture within Red Bull Racing, he replied:
“As you know, Red Bull Racing is one of the most supported sports organizations in the world.
“We have a great team and a great group of men and women who are doing a great job and we couldn’t have achieved this performance without them.”
