Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra dedicated a post on X to Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) civil service exam aspirants and praised AIR 1 Aditya Srivastava 2023.

Mahindra's post grabbed the attention of the internet and accumulated over 4,22,000 views on the platform. Reacting to Mahindra's post, a user wrote, “It takes a lot of courage to leave 40 LPA package to start preparing for UPSC. Great result, Aditya. Many people are inspired by you and wish easily. Another user wrote, “I can't help but imagine the contributions of even more people around him to make that possible.”

Aditya Srivastava, an alumnus of IIT Kanpur, was declared the top performer in all India in the 2023 UPSC Civil Services Main Examination on April 16. Mr. Srivastava and Mr. Animesh Pradhan bagged AIR 1 and 2 respectively, while Mr. Dhonuru Ananya Reddy bagged the 3rd position. spot.
A total of 1,016 candidates were recommended for appointment this year. The list numbers of eligible candidates have been announced by UPSC on its official website upsc.gov.in. The candidacy of 355 recommended candidates remains tentative.
