ChatGPT, the AI-powered chatbot that went viral early last year and sparked a wave of interest in generative AI tools, no longer requires an account to use.
Its creator, OpenAI, on Monday published a webpage where you can start a conversation with a chatbot without having to sign up or log in.
This means if you've heard a lot of news about this technology in the last year but haven't yet worked on an AI-powered chatbot, there's really no excuse to hold back any longer.
“Making tools like ChatGPT widely available so people can experience the benefits of AI is core to our mission,” Microsoft-backed OpenAI said in a blog post on Monday. “More than 100 million people in 185 countries use ChatGPT every week to learn something new, find creative inspiration, and get their questions answered.
