DAC Group was appointed by Boots, a leading UK health and beauty retailer, to optimise the company’s online branch listings and improve organic visibility in non-branded search.
DAC is recognised by Forrester as one of the world’s leading performance marketing agencies and was tasked with carrying out a full local SEO audit and optimisation of the online listings for Boots’ retail and pharmacy businesses.
DAC has a strategic focus on local SEO, and is responsible for improving the user journey by reducing the number of clicks needed to find the information they need. Working closely with Boots' SEO team, DAC will also optimise the UX of each branch page.
The partnership will give Boots’ customer service team access to DAC Group’s reputation management platform, enabling individual stores across the UK to proactively respond to feedback from customer reviews, while seamlessly integrating SEO at local branch level.
