South Korean actors Seo In-guk and Ahn Jae-hyun will be working together again in the music video for K.Will's next single, which is due for release in June.
Starship Entertainment announced K. Will's long-awaited return to music in a press statement to Korean media outlets yesterday (May 28th). Newsen. His agency said, “K Will is preparing for a new album to be released in June and is currently filming the music video for the title track.”
The label also announced that actors Seo In-guk and Ahn Jae-hyun, who starred in K.Will's viral music video “Please Don't” in 2012, will be reuniting for his next music video.
K.will commented on working with Seo and Ahn again on the new music video: Newson: “I'm currently working on an album and it's almost finished. [Ahn] Jaehyun, I thought it would be a good idea to make a sequel to “Please Don't.”
The original “Please Don't” music video starred Seo and Ahn as best friends who were seemingly caught up in a love triangle with a character played by SISTAR's Dasom, but the video's viral surprise ending revealed that Seo had feelings for Ahn all along.
K.will's next music will be his first in nearly six years since his last album was released in 2018. It's titled “The 4th Album: Part.2.” [想像; Mood Indigo]', the record was released in November 2018 and was a sequel to their previous album 'The 4th Album: Part.1'. [Nonfiction]' was released in September 2017.
In other K-Pop news, Jay Park recently collaborated with Natty of KISS OF LIFE on a song called “Taxi Blurr.” It's one of two tracks on Jay Park's new digital single album, “Jay Park Season 2.” The other song on the album is a ballad called “Chapter.”
