According to On3's Hayes Fawcett, Priority Texas Football five-star Duncanville (Texas) wide receiver Dacorien Moore has decommitted from the LSU Tigers. Moore announced his resignation from LSU on May 16, just before his summer official visit began in a few weeks.
Moore originally committed to LSU in mid-August 2023. At the time, he had committed to LSU over Texas and the Oregon Ducks.
Since he committed to LSU late last summer, three other schools have reportedly tried to break his commitment to the Tigers, including the Ohio State Buckeyes, Oregon State and Texas. Moore has visited each of those three schools at least once since the start of the 2024 offseason.
Moore recently took an unofficial visit to Texas during spring practice/Longhorn City Limits on April 6th.
With the summer visit approaching, Moore has not yet set a date for his official visit. However, it appears he is scheduled to take official visits later this spring to the three aforementioned schools that continue to pursue his services in their recruiting efforts.
