Retail giant Walmart is undergoing major changes. The company is closing multiple stores in various locations and cutting hundreds of corporate jobs. The UX designer, who shared her own experience on LinkedIn, claimed that she too lost her job amid ongoing layoffs.
“How quickly things can change! I was laid off today at Walmart, along with many talented colleagues. This was honestly a huge shock, but I was excited to continue to grow with the company. On the bright side. I hope to apply my skills and expertise to new opportunities and find a great team to work with,” wrote the woman from China.
In the next line, she added about her experience and expressed that she is looking forward to new opportunities. “To my friends who have also been affected, this may be a particularly stressful time, but we will get through this job search together. I am happy to connect with anyone in my network. I think so,” she posted, concluding her share.
