Tottenham have had a largely successful season under manager Ange Postecoglou, despite receiving a mixed reception when he arrived from Celtic last summer.
The Australian's down-to-earth personality and impressive, expansive style of play have created a connection with supporters and they are closing in on Aston Villa in the race for next season's Champions League football.
In terms of recruitment, this was also a largely positive campaign. Goalkeeper Vicario arrived with big boots to replace Hugo Lloris, but has adjusted very well, while James Maddison, who had a dip in form after a great start, joined from Leicester He has become an important player ever since.

Most clubs did not spend in January as league-wide concerns over profit and sustainability regulations persist, but Spurs were an exception.
Postecoglou has brought in Timo Werner from RB Leipzig, Lukas Bergvall, who is still due to join from Djurgården, and defender Radu Dragusin, who was signed from Genoa for £26 million.
However, one of them could leave after starting just two games for the club this summer. Sun Napoli are keen to sign Dragusin, with reports suggesting he could be available for £40m. They would be happy to do a deal if offered a profit of £14 million over six months, but there is no active desire to part ways with Dragusin.
However, Dragusin's agent, Florin Manea, expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of playing time.
Quote from Radio CRC “He has to be patient. There are two important players in front of him, so in the end he will find space,” said Manea of Calcio Napoli matchday 24.
“The manager has said many times that he doesn't want to play with three men (at the back) and he knows it well, but at Tottenham we concede a lot of goals.''
“Playing with three gives you peace of mind that you won't concede too many goals. Tottenham have conceded a lot of goals from set-pieces, but Tottenham need his power, so in the future Dragusin will play in the spaces. I think you'll find it.”
Is Dragushin on his way?
Manea admitted Dragusin's departure could be on the cards, but that is not the focus.
“If he doesn't play, we'll have to think of other solutions, but I don't think so at the moment because he only joined in January. Then you never know in life, Let's hope not, but we'll never know.”
Dragusin will also take part in Euro 2024, where Romania will face Ukraine, Belgium and Slovakia in Group E.
