On May 2, JE Dunn Construction celebrated the groundbreaking of Colorado State University's new veterinary health education complex. This milestone marks the start of a $230 million transformational project aimed at addressing the critical shortage of veterinary health professionals and enhancing educational opportunities in the field.
The project calls for adding 189,564 square feet to the existing JL Voss School of Veterinary Medicine. In addition to meeting the growing demand for skilled professionals, this new complex will advance CSU's world-class programs and shape the future of veterinary medicine. The event, which was attended by CSU leadership, College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences faculty, alumni, and Colorado Governor Jared Polis, was an important milestone in the rapid advancement of veterinary education and practice in Colorado and beyond.
